Inspiration for the label originates from the delicate detailing in the Samurai body Armour and its mix with harsh structural shapes. Macramé is a method of textile making consisting of knotting fabrics rather than knitting creating a more textured finish. Highlighting the use of macramé in the branding was important to the client and the bespoke æ has been created for use within the logo and also as an individual element which can be applied to packaging and promotional materials.
